Recording Artist “Teesa” loves Native Life Designs!
I’m writing this blog particularly for people who are interested in the “behind the scenes” aspect of our jewelry manufacturing company (owned by our non-profit parent organization) – whether you’re a retailer or someone who wants to know more than just what we’re selling.
We’ve just started shipping our new charm bracelets and charms. At the right, you can see the Buffalo Camp Charm Bracelet. The link for the bracelet will take you to our online store, but our lower wholesale prices are available to retailers. Contact me and I would be happy to send our wholesale price catalog to qualified retailers and resellers.
I’ll show you more of our new line in a second, but first, I hope you can give me some ideas. We make quality products that are typically Native American themed. We take pride in our workmanship and creativity. Ultimately, we are in business to create jobs for our Native American community. So in addition to our typical souvenir/gift shops, I am looking to focus on unique markets. We have the capability of designing charms and other jewelry for any need. Does your company or organization have a unique market need? Could we create a custom charm, pendant, earrings, or other product for you? Let me know, I’d love to discuss possibilities with you. If you have general ideas on new charms we could add to our line, please tell me in a comment below. Thank you !!
You can start with a pre-packaged bracelet, or begin with a Starter Bracelet and add charms to it.
Eight of our charm designs are also available as earrings. We always appreciate your thoughts, comments, and needs!
Beadwork is such a part of Plains Indian designs. I’ve known Angela Red Boy for years, but I didn’t know how talented a beader she was until a couple weeks ago. Angi just sat down at her loom and started beading. I told her we needed two panels, 4″ long for a new choker necklace we have (it features a medicine wheel pendant that just came out from our new casting adventure! More on that later!)
Angela is so talented, she designed as she went, and it came out at exactly 4 inches! Amazing! I was thinking we should have one beadwork design and use it on a number of necklaces, but she wanted to do unique designs for each one. After seeing her work, I agreed! Two of Angela’s designs are pictured, modeled by our friend Alyia.
The choker necklaces are up on our webstore now for a little test marketing. The plan is to get these out to our retailers along with our new charm bracelet and charms which are just coming out of production.
The choker has a stainless steel chain with a feather dangle, and lobster claw clasp. It’s adjustable from 12″ to 16 1/2″.
Thoughts? Suggestions? Please leave a comment! Thanks!
Ron
Native Life Designs is in business to make the best, affordable Native American jewelry products available. Anywhere. And we do it as a non-profit organization because proceeds go to improve the lives of our Native American team members. A new year. New Hope.
I’m excited about this year’s new line of products! This year, we’ll be releasing a new charm bracelet and charms designed around American Indian themes, and a line of Christian-themed earrings!
Along with the new products, comes a need for displays with greater display capacity. We’re redesigning our popular “tipi display”. The “skins” of the displays will be available in black velvet and natural canvas. Here’s what the designs look like that we’ll ship with our products this year:

The tipi displays have been really popular among retailers, not only to display Native Life Designs products, but also as general displays for other product. So this year, we’re launching a new area of products: Product Displays!
They’ll be available in the tipi design above (with or without the sign which won’t have the Native Life Designs image on it, obviously!), or in a regular hexagon or square shape. I’m giving you a “heads up” now, and the new designs will be available on our NEW website in a few days. You can see them in our online store.
What do you think?
